After lots of sharpening, defining, and color reversing, I can honestly say that I have no clue what in the world it could be.

I just see lights.

If you change the the opacity to something about 30%, you can faintly see some letters. I still do not know!

There has to be some way to see it!

Maybe change the opacity to something low and then darken it? I cannot darken it though. I will try again.
