Are you good at makeing graphics using computer stuff. I'm ok at it but i knoe that some people are really good at it. If so wht do you use?

I think that it was made from scratch.

I don't know what you mean by "from scratch," but I do know this:
It's a combination of two images, an eye (duh), and a fire. The low detail level makes it hard to see though. Through various colorization and other effects, I have made it to seem as though the pupil was surrounded by a burning iris. Here is a link to the full version.
If this is similar to what you mean by "from scratch" then yes, it is from scratch. If by from scratch, you mean I went a drew this all, then the answer is no. I think you mean the first one though.

I'm getting better at cropping stuff (finally!) I use The Gimp!

Teh_Mushroom, yes, we meant that we thought you drew it from a blank canvas.

Cropping is easy with Gimp and it works well. I always right click it and do the image-scale image thing.

Well, I don't know what kind of people you've met, because I've never met people who can draw pictures photo-quality.
All editing was mine, but it was made from digital pictures.
