Computers - Reasoning just add a TV Tuner card and it is both your Home PC and TV at the same time

Computers all the way, they can be TV's too and PVRs. Just get a capture card and a TV Tuner.

You can easily guess what I am going to say, Computers! I'm never off mine and you can do a lot more on computers than TV's.
