How about a new forum under Social?
A place to post important announcements about personal websites so we don't have to keep adding replies to our topic under "Advertise Your Site".

Your structure and hierarch appears to be in the set up:

-Forum 1.1
--Forum 1.1.1
Well how about under where it says Forum 1.1.1 (a forum added to a forum) you put the names of these sites (maybe even under a new catagory other than social). And under Forum 1.1 people register their site to be added under that forum.

-Register Your Site Here

--Kitinagriggs
