I think it should but, if you're under 18 then you should have to have a parent come with you so that immature people can't vote on important things.

I don't think so. being an 18-years-old teenager, I think we tend to view things better than when we're younger. going to vote in age below 18 with parents won't work since there's a high chance that the kid will only be doing what his/her parents tell him to.
