What's the worst physical pain you've ever experienced?

I haven't really had bad physical pain, but my worst experience happened recently: some kid was leaning down to get something, and I was doing something, and when he lifted my head it hit my teeth. I felt kinda bad for him, since he was bleeding a little, but pretty much that toothache is one I'll remember.

The worst physical pain I experienced was four years ago. While at work, I went into the back room and slipped and fell on a wet floor. I ended up tearing my MCL, ACL, Meniskus, Hamstring, and some Cartilage all in my right knee. It was horrible! I was in so much pain. They had to rush me to the hospital and at first they thought I had just sprained my knee, but a few days later I was still in dire pain so I went back to the hospital, got an MRI, and found I had torn pretty much every ligament in my knee.

I had to get surgery on my knee and had to go through eight months of physical therapy. To this day, I still get pain in that knee. I, seriously, would not wish what I've gone through on my worst enemy.

Hmmmm, I'd have to say either a broken collar bone (when I was like three), or a scarred eye after eye surgery (long story.)

Not long ago my ear infection. But I think when your teeth hurts it is really painful. Still, the worse one for me was probably when I almost broke one of my legs. xD

Actually I changed my mine. When I was getting a mole removed(it was like, infected or something) the guy was giving me the shot to make it numb.

Well when you first put it in it stings a lot, so usually they wait until that area is numb, then they give the shot again sort of in that are of numbness, but it covers a larger numbing area without you feeling it. But this guy just put it in, put it in, put it in, and it felt like my back was on fire, stinging and stuff. And I kept feeling all these weird prickly things during the surgery.

The worst is when I fall down and get big gashes, or when I get stomach aches that don't go away for a long time.

I haven't had much pain in my life thankfully, but the worst I can remember would probably be when I was lighting a fire for someone and a piece of paper flew up when it was on fire and touched my skin. It really hurt at the moment, although it may not sound so painful as typed.
