First Impressions of the Homepage [8.5/10] Nice, simple yet professional homepage, explains everything an average person would want to know. Everything is organized, and even has a login on the homepage (as a customer, I don't like having to go directly to my CPanel page to login, I prefer an upfront login). Now, the negatives. The default LiveZilla live chat button is used, it would be a lot more professional if a custom button was used. There is also a lot of images from free icon websites, which I consider unprofessional and not unique. It would be better if you used your own images.

Graphics & Layout [6/10] As I said in first impressions, there were a lot of images from the internet, which I consider a negative. The Web Hosting Fox logo is a nice logo, especially when compared to the Support Forum logo. The header of the support forum would've looked better if it was the header of the homepage. The navigation menu on the support forum also doesn't match up with the main part of the website. I really like the homepage setup a lot, the layout is easy to use and simple.

Categories & Forums [9.5/10] Everything is mostly organized, most important categories on top, and least on bottom. Anything here that I would recommend changing is that Computers & Networks could be over General Lounge since its a web hosting forum. Overall, everything here is fine.

Forum Activity [6.5/10] \"Our members have made a total of 1,510 posts in 190 threads. We currently have 47 members registered.\" That really isn't that bad, 1,510 / 47 members = Around 32 posts per user. The downside is that there really isn't much discussion going on, and there are very few threads per category (I would expect a few more). I'd say around average. I've seen worse, but this isn't exactly \\"active\\"

Integration with other software [4.5/10] The integration with MyBB is not very good, I would say at least have the same site header as the homepage and change the colors as well to match up with the rest of the website. For Client Panel (WHM Complete Solution) is even worse than MyBB. I would say remove that header that says \\"WebHostingFox\\" and put the homepage site header on it as well, and change the colors on it to match it up with the rest of the website. VBulletin wasn't exactly that bad, so I will give you some points for that.

Yes I know the support forum is really bad the support forum template was from the old website template when we had mybb. So right now I'm trying to get the staff to make a new one this is part of why I believe activity has dropped but don't worry were going to having someone who is good at mybb theme making make a new one.

May i ask, why is it still vBulletin, we converted to Mybb march 4-5 which was when you did 2 parts of the review..doesn't make sense, ill still send the money over to you though

Just a very fast thing, What do you think the "Integration with other software" and overall would be now with the new theme?

In my opinion, integration with the forum is a 10/10, now I would say work on the Client Panel since that thing doesn't even blend in a bit!
