What program(s) do you need in order to create good graphics?

Wolfy the Wolf3822947Well... It depends on what you consider 'good graphics'.
Well you can create pretty good graphics with GIMP (www.gimp.org). But for most graphic makers they use photoshop, which is a program you have to pay for(some versions are up to $700 dollars).

i just have element 6, can you make graphics with that or is it just an editor?

Da Asian1232I use PS CS4, its pretty simple and good. I Dont want to change to cs5 xD.
