* Post X times during Y weeks requests.
* Register your boards in exchange of cash.
* Exchange of following in twitter and/or Facebook fan pages.
* Exchange of affiliation.
* Listen if you got an idea not covered.

I won't:
* Do register - register trades (it is pointless in my side a unused account)
* Twitter / facebook follow is you don't plan on doing the same.

By the way, just for security reasons: If you don't start your posting within 48hrs after I accepted your deal I'll halt my part, and move onto the next request. Just contact me when you catch up and have time to resume our exchange.

Yeah, it means I post X times in your place if you post the same amount.
Likewise Post X times during Y weeks, means for example the "I'll post 30 posts per week for the following 6 weeks in your place if you are up to do the same".
