Catagories & Forum [17/20]You have all the forums that an Advertising forums needs but a little to much that aren't for advertising. You should try making those sub forums in 1 big forum.
Graphics [13/20]Banner: The banner is pretty good!
Navigation Bar: I suggest you try making some images instead of text. It will make them stand out a little more.
Images & Icons: The images that are in the forum description are good. The ones that say if it has new posts, no new posts and locked you can tell they are from Hitskin.
Usergroups [17/20]The have a good amount of user groups but it doesn't say where they have mod powers. For example, you could have it like this:

and not this:
