Hi there members!

one of my member complaint to me about his account getting deleted.
Moderators cant delete accounts,neither can he himself delete it.
Could there be a bug or hack?how do i prevent this?

Okay, go to your administration panel and click on the tab "Users and Groups" and then in the first section under that tab click on "user options" and then look for "Allow members to unsubscribe :" and if "yes" then the member deleted himself (possibly).

Now I know what that option in the administrator panel is for!

Try this -

Go into your admin panel and then click on users and groups. Then click on the users options. Then see if "Allow users to unsubscribe" is checked. If so then you have been wasting your time. They did it themselves!

I wonder if he has read what you just said.
